Today I was VERY excited about going to the animal shelter. I didn't go here for more than a month! We didn't have time for the cat room today, but there were a few dogs there. We tried to walk Rufus. He was tugging really hard and we just couldn't walk him. So we tried the Pit bull, Brownie. When we were outside, Brownie was tugging really hard on my mom's scarf and she almost choked! I tried to throw a ball but it wouldn't work. Finally, she let go and my mom's favorite scarf she crocheted was ruined! I think Brownie is like this because she has been here for months and she just doesn't know how to behave around people. If someone wanted to adopt her, they'd have to be a very patient owner. But there was one more dog. She was a little beagle named Misty. She was the sweetest puppy I have ever met. She was very energetic for only being 9 weeks old. Check next Tuesday and see what new animals are here, and thanks for reading!
